  • Drive Business Development: Evaluate investment opportunities, lead commercial due diligence, and structure high-impact joint ventures (JVs).
  • Execute Special Projects: Manage confidential, time-sensitive tasks on behalf of the CEO and Board while streamlining executive-level communication.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align operational, financial, and legal teams to ensure the flawless delivery of corporate priorities.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Full professional fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively interface with international partners and cross-border stakeholders.
  • Consulting Background: Proven track record in a top-tier management consulting firm or a premier corporate strategy division.
  • Technical Sector Knowledge: Strong background or highly developed technical literacy in mining, resources, or heavy industry infrastructure.
  • Analytical & Modeling Mastery: Ability to analyze complex data, build rigorous financial models, and translate insights into actionable executive business cases.
  • Exceptional Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and board-level executives.
