This is a high-visibility role for a "Modern Architect" of HR—someone who can respect the values of a legacy organization while implementing the agility, data-driven systems, and performance culture required for future growth.

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic HR Transformation

  • Architect and lead the end-to-end HR transformation roadmap, moving the function from administrative support to a strategic business partner.
  • Align the people strategy with the Group's long-term commercial objectives, focusing on scalability and organizational resilience.
  • Serve as a key advisor to the Executive Leadership Team on organizational design and change management initiatives.

2. High-Performance Culture & Talent Management

  • Revitalize the Performance Management framework to foster a culture of meritocracy and high accountability.
  • Oversee the "Integrated Talent Management" lifecycle, including sophisticated succession planning for critical leadership and niche technical roles.
  • Lead the "Employer Branding" strategy to position the group as a top destination for both local and international talent.

3. Large-Scale Workforce Governance

  • Provide oversight for a high-headcount workforce, ensuring consistency in HR policy execution across diverse business units.
  • Modernize Industrial Relations (IR) and Employee Relations strategies to ensure a harmonious and productive work environment.
  • Drive the implementation of advanced HR Technology (HRIS) and People Analytics to enable data-driven decision-making.

4. Total Rewards & Compensation Strategy

  • Oversee a competitive Total Rewards framework that balances internal equity with market competitiveness.
  • Ensure the compensation and benefits strategy is optimized for both retention of high-potentials and cost-efficiency for the business.

5. Leadership & Capability Building

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team of HR professionals (CoE and HRBPs), fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning within the HR function.
  • Drive the "Future-of-Work" agenda, focusing on upskilling and reskilling the workforce to meet the demands of digital transformation.

The Ideal Profile

  • Experience: 18+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a VP or Head of HR role within a large conglomerate or a multinational corporation (MNC).
  • Track Record: Proven success in leading large-scale organizational change or HR transformation projects within a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field. (Professional certifications like SHRM-SCP or SPHRi are highly preferred).
  • Key Attributes: * Strategic Diplomat: Able to influence senior stakeholders and navigate the nuances of a large-scale Indonesian enterprise.

    • Analytical Leader: Highly proficient in using workforce data to drive business outcomes.
    • Resilient Change Agent: Comfortable leading through ambiguity and managing the friction of organizational shift.
  • Language: Native-level Bahasa Indonesia and full professional fluency in English and CHINESE WOULD BE A PLUS.
