We are looking for a strategically minded Business Development professional to join the CEO Office of a holding company, supporting senior leadership in evaluating growth initiatives, technology opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep research, structured thinking, and executive exposure, and who wants to work closely with decision-makers on projects related to technology, AI, and emerging digital trends.

Responsibilities

• Explore and assess new growth opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and strategic evaluation.
• Support leadership in reviewing technology-driven initiatives, including AI-related and digital transformation projects.
• Translate complex market insights into clear recommendations and business cases for senior management.
• Evaluate potential partnerships, collaborations, and strategic investments, from early assessment to execution support.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across product, engineering, finance, and legal to structure and implement initiatives.
• Engage externally with technology companies, startups, solution providers, and ecosystem partners.
• Track progress and outcomes of ongoing strategic projects and partnerships.
• Stay current on technology and innovation trends, ensuring leadership has forward-looking insights.
• Prepare high-quality materials for executive discussions, including presentations and strategic reports.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in roles such as business development, strategy, consulting, investment analysis, or market research, preferably within technology-driven environments.
• Strong exposure to research and analytical work, with the ability to turn data and insights into practical recommendations.
• Familiarity with technology business models (e.g. SaaS, digital platforms, AI-enabled solutions) is highly valued.
• Prior involvement in AI, emerging technologies, or digital initiatives is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Comfortable working with financial concepts and building structured business cases.
• Able to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and communicate confidently at a senior level.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin capability is an advantage for certain projects.
• Able to do WFO in Central Jakarta.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, project-based environment.
